Reservations & Payments
Guests may choose to pay for their reservation in advance to confirm their booking. Reservations that are paid in advance are prioritized. If a reservation is not prepaid, payment may be made at check-in; however, availability is not guaranteed for unpaid reservations.
We do not require or collect security deposits.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Reservations may be canceled up to 1 day before the scheduled check-in date to avoid charges.
Cancellations or modifications made after this period, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge for the first night of the reservation, unless otherwise approved by management.
Check-In & Check-Out

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in and must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Pet Policy
Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking rooms or outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional charges.
Guests booking a pet-friendly room or bringing a pet to the property are required to pay a $15 fee per pet, due at check-in. Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly `rooms. Pets are not allowed in non-pet-friendly rooms under any circumstances unless approved by management. Failure to disclose pets at the time of booking may result in additional charges or refusal of accommodation.
Visitors & Occupancy
Overnight visitors are not permitted. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight in the room. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed.
Property Damage & Conduct
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms or property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guests violate hotel policies or engage in disruptive or unlawful behavior.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.
While we strive to ensure accurate information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or reservation system and are not responsible for errors or technical issues beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
